His expertise is further enhanced by his foundational training in pain medicine, making his clinical and diagnostic skills exceptional.
Dr.Mohan Rao’s interest in Musculoskeletal Radiology began early in his career, with a particular focus on MSK ultrasound from his second year of radiology training. Being an active cricketer and sports enthusiast, he possesses a unique understanding of sports injuries, enabling him to provide more accurate and insightful diagnoses for athletes.
He earned his MBBS and postgraduate training at the prestigious Osmania Medical College, one of India’s top-ranked institutions, where he gained exposure to a wide range of complex pathologies. Dr.Mohan Rao went on to complete a fellowship at the renowned Jaipur Institute of Pain and Sports Injuries, an elite center where international cricketers, Olympic athletes, and VIP patients from across the country seek private consultation and treatment for unresolved issues. The institute is headed by the esteemed musculoskeletal radiologist, Dr.Gaurav Kant Sharma.
Under the guidance of his second mentor, Dr.Prableen Kaur, a talented pain physician, Dr.Mohan Rao was also trained in the efficient management of chronic pain conditions.
